I was thrilled to receive an Outstanding Achievement award at the Chicago-area Evanston Art and Big Fork Festival in August. Pictured with me is Amdur Productions President Amy Amdur whom I got to do a Taylor Swift-inspired “What, I won??” face.
I am excited to again be participating in the Bayou City Art Festival. Please stop by my booth #408 for a look at some of my latest work, as I prepare for my next gallery solo exhibition in January. Tickets and details are available at ArtColonyAssociation.org.
Two of my encaustics were juried in to this French-themed exhibition in March at The Silos. The jurors were Tracy Xavia Karner, associate professor at the University of Houston; and Hélène Schlumberger of McClain Gallery.
